A paratha cooling conveyor is designed for the food industry to cool down the freshly prepared hot parathas, as these reaches to packaging section. CC – 32500 model paratha cooling conveyor structure is fabricated from mild steel, which is then powder coated. A 0.5 HP, 3 Ph geared motor, which requires 0.5 HP, 3 Ph+ N power is assembled in the structure. The conveyor belt is made up of food grade PTFE Mesh. For cooking parathas running though the conveyor belt, two 8”cooling fans are used. The machine has three conveyor layers. The hot parathas enter from top conveyor, and then transports through the middle conveyor to lower conveyor and then straight to the container kept besides it. The two fans mounted on the top of top conveyor belt blows the air to quickly cool down the parathas. This conveyor is generally used in conjunction with paratha making machine.
